Matt Standage

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Originally from Aurora, Nebraska, I came to Springfield to attend Evangel University in 2010 and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in 2014. I then continued my education at Southwest Baptist University, where I graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.

Prior to joining Willard Physical Therapy, I gained experience over 5 years of outpatient therapy at Mercy with certifications in ASTYM and active release technique.

Integrity, Respect and Honesty

“Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.” – Henry Ford

As a physical therapist, the conditions I have the most joy in treating are ankle instability, neck pain, and post-op shoulder rehab. One of my goals when working with patients is to help them overcome fear.

What I most love about working at Willard Physical Therapy Center is the positive environment.
